Extended trackage from Podunk to a fun place :)

Fixed some general errors. Added tree models so hopefully more people can see them.

gm_2ft_sugarcane_bay_v3 release: Overhauled the western end of map. Removed standard gauge exchange (sorry haters), added a new coal mine branch as well as extended mainline to new track. Also, I updated the skybox to make the map look better and changed ground textures. New updates will start coming out soon! Enjoy this overhaul of this beloved map. -Joe
