small fixes and design changes

1. Nordopic now supports my new unit mod New Cyrene Units with 4 individual unit cards.

2. I've made two new individual cards for Sebidee's Sagitarii and Latin Slingers. In Sebidee's Mod they use the same card like the greek archers and slingers. You have to use my Add-on to enable the new cards or change Sebidee's pack file for your own with the PackFileManager. Just change the unit card name in "unit_variants" for both units to their unit name.

Hoplites of Greek Poleis and reformed Hellenistic armies is 100% supported now - 18 cards added.
