Minor update: Version 1.4.1

-fixed a bug where all districts would gain +5 tourism from flight instead of just hobbitholes
-fixed loading screen texture
-fixed thranduils diplomacy screen
-added wargpack unit icon
-ai leaders will now correcty message the player with kudos/warning representing their agenda
instead of things like "good bye"
-updated descriptions to fit previously changed abilities

Version 1.4:

Hobbits:
-added the Hobbits, lead by Peregrin Took

Goblins:
-the Marauder unique Unit now has 18 base combat strength, down from 23, but steals twice as much gold from defeated enemy units.
-the goblin cave unique Building now gives +2 Movement to units next to the city instead of providing faith/culture
-the warg pack unique Unit is no longer doubled by the goblin civilization trait and now has a bonus against wounded units instead of a bonus against cavalry

Other:
-Ai should now be better at using unique Units
-added new Icons for all unique Units
-added new Icons for all Leaders

Art:
-costum art for durin and his backgorund (thanks to "Kabba Quzai")
-higher quality leader art and leader background art for all civilizations (thanks to "Felix_Gross")
-new unit icon for the guards of the citadel

Galadriel:
-earlygame defense bonus slightly buffed

Thror:
-removed gold from mines
-added +2 gold from international trade routes
-cities founded on mountains now have a slot for any great work of art
(in addition to the old 20% Gold increase)

Sauron:
-Nazgul are now recruited like regular units (no projects involved, no free nazgul)
-now recieves an envoy after capturing a city
-no longer gets reduced war weariness
-now pays no unit maintenance
-wasteland district no longer provides bonus unit production

Other:
-lots of bug fixes related to dwarves and mountains as well as nazgul
-some unique units(dunedain rangers, galadhrim, sentinels, axethrowers, guardians, and citadel guards)
now have costum unit models
