-changed Video Screens to Mirror the image.

-updated for the latest version of Modbox
-made switches and buttons to remove entities
-added 4 buttons that change time scale
-changed glass physics material break on impact speed to 9 m/s so glass doesn't break when it hits the ground adding to the score.

Since the mirror mod is no longer in Modbox , I put up some TV screens and cameras instead.

Performance seems to suffer when you have them running so I gave them an on/off switch.

changed locomotion setting back to teleport
-changed oscillator frequency higher , which makes the objects not spawn so fast.
