Added multiple new palettes and debris texture possibilities, restructured the entire palette and debris texture system to make future additions easier, tweaked uncountable little values and bits of code.

Basically, I haven't been ignoring this skin the past year. I just forgot to actually upload the changes.

Added a pulsating orb to the start of the track.

Hotfix for the insane amount of rings that were suddenly appearing on the track. Forgot to change that back after some failed experiments!

Tweaked the Olympic skin, because I still wasn't happy with it. and added the color palette from the Resistance Skin by Dylan.

I meant to include these changes in the previous update, but forgot.

Replaced the star at the end of the track with a pulsating ball.
- Removing that star model made this skin's filesize over 12% smaller!

Updated the thrusters. Now their cores are brighter, and their color is more vibrant.

Made the puzzle match timer adapt to the debris texture.

Tweaked various shaders and values.

Removed some useless code.

Lots of small changes, and two more noticable ones:

changed the shader on the thrusters, and changed the shader on the 'rails', making the track change color dynamically instead of each node having its own static color.
This looks kind of nice on some palettes (like the single-color ones), and absolutely amazing on others (like thunderstorm)!

I also made the puzzle flyup texture match the randomized debris texture, which I'm pretty proud of!
