Had to overwrite "00_eng_tech.txt" since it was reported multiple times that some of overwritten via duplication vanilla techs do not show up (Battleships).

Small rebalance update:
buffed range for science ship's sensors and adjusted their energy consumption.

Sensors rebalanced:
mineral cost and energy consumption lowered;
the sensors going on military ships and stations got buffed in tracking bonus;
the sensors going on science ships got anomaly discovery chance bonus instead;
the sensors going on transport, constructor and colony ships got no bonuses.

Aux items got mineral cost lowered as well. Weird to see some shield buffer on corvette cost almost a half of the full ship.

Rebalance update.
Most weapons and utilities got balanced down in mineral cost. It will lower the ship maintenance.
Ship reactors got buffed slightly.
Point Defence and Flaks got buffed in range and damage.
Torpedoes got their speed increased.
Disruptors' shield damage bonus got slightly nerfed.

No any game changes, just some file-wise polish:
-added "FilesOverwritten_SR.txt" file listing the vanilla files changed or modified;
-few files were renamed (ensured non-vanilla files have "_SR" at the end of the name);
-instead of overwriting the "ship_sections_l_english.yml" the changed section names were duplicated in a separate file.

Fixed few missing text lines (tech_spaceport_1, tech_spaceport_1_desc).
Removed the overwrite of vanilla files in the common/technology folder: instead of overwriting the whole files the changed techs are duplicated in separate files; it creates messages about duplicated technologies but actually works quite fine. Hope this trick will increase compatibility with other mods plus it will lower the danger of bugs on my side when new updates from PDX released.

Added support for UI Overhaul 1080p by changing the overwrite of some vanilla files in favor to overwriting specific gui elements. I thought it is not possible, hmmm... Well, this is my first mod, I am still learning the tricks. :)

Added few localization strings for station modifiers in "modifiers_l_english_SR.yml".

Added 3 more military station tiers - Bulwark, Bastion and Citadel; existing military stations rebalanced.
Buffed and rebalanced missiles in terms of speed and HP.
Armor calculations reworked.
Fixed the bug with low number of utility slots on Titan.
