-Fixed Precision Wheels not duplicating
Gmods vanilla duplicator calls MakeWheel function that will only accept limited wheel models

-Added a renamed blatant copy paste of the wheel_ent file and editted tool so the precision wheels are no longer wheel_ent. They are wheel_prez_ent

-Code now registers wheel_prez_ent with the duplicator and calls MakePrezWheel instead of MakeWheel, allowing all models through for wheel creation
