v5.2

This is a complete overhaul, each agenda has been expanded to contain more abilities. They are now nearly (and probably over) as powerful as regular player abilities.

This is the "final" phase of this mod, this is as good as it's going to get, the next update, I hope to implement unique agendas for each of the Game Modes in New Frontier, as well as start to implement backward capability with non GS version of the game.

v5.0

Massive overhaul of the entire system.

- Dropped Golden/Dark age bonuses.
- Dropped Era-Tiers

The mod now focuses on simple 2 tier bonuses (one that benefits production of something, and another that grants a inherent bonus)

The mod now resembles Civ 4 style abilities.

I feel that this in general reduces the amount of overpowering that occured beforehand, and is much easier to balance and maintain as I don't have to stress over 100 different abilities and worry about their balance.

Descriptions also now provide information about the bonuses in most screens that rely on the Agenda Description, so you can see what bonuses the AI gets.

Update: 22 Jul, 2019 @ 11:11am

v4.1
This is a minor update.

- Rebellious agenda now grants Culture and Yields from Barbarian Kills by +50% for every other era (Ancient : 50, Medieval : 100, Industrial : 150), etc. This is so that it retains strength as the game progresses.
- Environmentalist Industrial bonus: Floodplains now provide +1 Food when unimproved (was 2).
- Shuffled some bonuses around: National Park creation yield is now in Atomic Era. Tourism from National Parks is now in Information Era.
- Modern Era bonus now provides +2 Appeal in tiles adjacent to Jungles and Floodplains.
- Information Era no longer provides yields from improvements.
- Maniac: Now unlocks the Eureka for Robotics when entering Atomic Era. Gain a free Giant Death Robot and +3 Uranium per turn in Information Era, and gain +25%/-25% Production towards GDRs in Golden/Dark Ages.
- Fixed numerous typos.
- Populous : Now provides +1 Housing per District (was 2).

v4.0 - Now for Gathering Storm!

- Nearly all of Agendas have gotten a serious re-work in terms of what abilities they grant.
- All agendas have now been divided up into three categories. Early, Any and Late.
- Early agendas cover the first 3 Eras and gain a special "Starting" Bonus.
- Any agendas are like the standard pre-GS agendas, in that they cover the Ancient, Medieval, Industrial and Atomic eras.
- Late agendas cover the late game from Industrial until Information, similiar to how few of pre-GS agendas worked (Aeronaut or Maniac for example)
- A brand new UI design that supports the different Era Tags as well as buttons that display both agendas seperately. There's also a "debug" button that I left open that allows you to go through every agendas to preview their bonuses (please note, I will unlikely support the ability to choose your own Agendas as that's not how the core system was designed)
- Several new Agendas, including changes to few existing ones
- Charismatic is now known as Charming.
- Charming is now known as Loyal.
- A new agenda, combining Gathering Storm's Libertarian and Demagogue.
- A new agenda, Colonist (brand new based off Victoria's Historical Agenda, focuses on bonuses on Foreign Continents)
- A new agenda, Astronaut, based off Gathering Storm's Flat-Earther agenda.
- A new agenda, Tourist, based off Gathering Storm's Destination Civ agenda.
- Loyal is now based off number of Agendas rather than the Gender of the leader (this will made into a seperate mod down the line for those interested).
- Seafaring and Expansive Agendas are now based off the Gathering Storm's ones (Great White Fleet and Expansionist respectively)
- Religious now FINALLY works as originally imagined (Modifier based off mutual or differing religions)
- Rebellious now takes into consideration a player's Pillaging (based off the Pillager agenda) as well as Barbarian Camp clearment.
- Protective now takes into consideration leaders who conquer Capitals.
- Implemention of LUA, few agendas now use abilities created entirely with LUA!
- This mod will continue to be supported. There's few balance passes I need to make, but as always, give any feedback you have as it's difficult to throughly test the balance of these abilities!

Update: 6 Dec, 2018 @ 3:49pm

v3.3

- Minor update to tweak some values, plus removed a debugging feature I left behind (bonuses will now unlock with game's progress and not the player's).
