you can now add in custom cmarks from a URL, also your custom CMarks are saved between sessions.

many fixes/updates for the editor, also fixed some socks and added new textures

added some suit textures, added torso scaling, editor nodes now follow a bone when the model is scaled

some fine tuning of the default values for the scale cvars

you can now scale your entire playermodel, the server can control how much, also your viewcam will scale with your model

you can now scale the length of your legs and neck, and server operators can control how much using ppm_height_min and ppm_height_max
