2019.6.30 updates

To fit Paradox "historical" ships, I decided to ignore MTG-off situation after careful consideration. This MOD should run with Man the Gun DLC now.
I deleted all the super-heavy BB II icons and ship descriptions I added. Then I mixed BC icons in BB(both of them use heavy hulls).
