- Scourge now has his own district building called Fountain of Pestilence.
- Fountain of Pestilence provides a 25% buff to blight amount and duration and disease resist.
- Fountain of Pestilence blight amount and duration buffs only work if the Scourge is blighted.
- To build this shrine you will need 10000 gold, 150 deeds and 1 blueprint.
