Balance changes:
- Un. Torment chance to plague enemies increased from 200% to 500%.

- Scourge base resistances changed.

From:
Stun 40% | Poison 20% | Bleed 40% | Disease 80% | Move 40% | Debuff 10% | Death Blow 67% | Trap 10%

To:
Stun 60% | Poison 0% | Bleed 20% | Disease 60% | Move 60% | Debuff 10% | Death Blow 67% | Trap 10%


NOTE:
Reason for the enemy plague chance increase on Unfathomable Torment is because now using the trinket set the unfathomable torment no longer plagues your team.

Balance changes:
- Infectious Offering now transfers blight to the nearest enemy if the target dies from initial damage.
- Infectious Offering transfer chances are now always 100%.
- Un. Torment damage over time increased from 1/2/3/4/5 to 2/3/4/5/6 per round for 6 rounds.
- Ab. Havoc damage amplification increased from 100/150/200/250/300% to 100/175/250/325/400%.
