Balance changes:
- Plague Strike and Noxious Raze enemy plague duration increased from 3 to 6.
- Excoriate plague damage increased from 200/225/250/275/300% to 200/300/400/500/600%.
- Excoriate can no longer crit.
- Un. Torment plague damage on enemies increased from 3/4/5/6/7 to 4/5/6/7/8 per round.
- Ab. Havoc damage on plagued increased from 100/110/120/130/140% to 75//150/225/300/375%.
- Ab. Havoc base damage increase reduced from 50% to 0%.

Additional information:
The set bonus is now designed to improve ranged skills overall. Cloak of Calamity trinket now turns scourge into a tank with increased melee damage but decreased ranged damage and no longer plagues himself or his enemies.
