Balance changes:

- Infectious Offering can now apply a -10/-12/-15/-17/-20% blight resist debuff to the target.
- Purge cure poison chance is now 90/92/95/97/100% across all levels down from 100%.
- Purge now has 4/5/6/7/8% chance to cure any disease across all levels.
