Fixed an issue with Essence autocrafting in S+ Tek Replicator. (Thanks to BaK (THF) for pointing it out)

Added new resource - Essence : Used in the creation of speed saddles/costumes.
You unlock engrams to convert cyrstal/metal/obisidian into essence at lvl 1 - can be crafted inside your inventory or inside the vanilla smithy, gives 100xp when crafted. Conversion rate is 500:1

Changed Engram unlock levels for all saddles/costumes, they are now the same as their originals. Griffin costume is lvl 65 and Wyvern is lvl 75.

Changed Crafting materials for saddles/costumes. Their base materials are now the same as their normal counterparts + 1 Essence. Griffin now costs 75 Crystal, 100 Metal Ingots, 150 CP and 1 Essence. Wyvern now costs 120 Crystal, 150 Metal Ingots, 250 CP, 300 Hide and 1 Essence

Every thing can be crafted inside your inventory or inside vanilla smithy.( WILL NOT APPEAR INSIDE S+ SMITHY)

New options for the gameusersettings.ini. HealthAddValue, HealthMultiplierValue for all saddles/costumes. One adds a flat value onto health +/- the other is a multiplier.

Added in WyvernAlphaEnabled, when set to true it gives the wyvern its alpha glow

Added Ability to Enable/Disable the abillity to force a health value and to also set the value. For all Saddles/Costumes
Added more options in the items to help with stats refreshing on dino's once they equip the saddles/costumes. Speed still doesn't like to show its applied straight away.

Changed it so you can also lower speeds from inside the server .ini file
