*Updated to 3.4.

*Major rework: Strategy now gives bonus to ally fleets in the same system. Most of Tactics have been reworked.

*Add 10+ new Strategy traits, 10+ new Tactic traits.

*You no longer need to wait for Admiral to reach amount of skill level to change their strategy&tactic traits - simply command fleet with admiral you desire to change to dock one of your colony orbit will do.
