Removed healing debuff from Rekindle

Combat skills changes:
Regenerate:
• Removed initial heal
• Removed spd debuff
• Increased restoration to 1 * 3 / 1-2 * 3 / 2 * 3 / 2-3 * 3 / 3 * 3 (from 1*2/1*2/1*3/2*2/2*3)
Focused Regeneration:
• Spd debuff removed
• Initial heal increased to 1/1-2/2/2-3/3 (from 1)
• Replaced restoration with '+healing received from Restoration if hp below 50%'
• Removed blight steal
Primordial Bite:
• Removed initial heal
• Increased restoration (same numbers as Regenerate skill)
Sun Mirage:
• Removed initial heal from both skill and on hit reaction
• Increased restoration (you guessed - same as other restoration skills)
Focused Ray: (skill was reworked completely)
• No longer transfers combat effects
• Instead it removes combat action and debuffs enemy for +dmg received
• Costs 30 Torch light to cast, no debuff if you don't have enough
Miscellaneous changes:
• Acolyte now starts raid with 2 torches instead of herbs (like in old times)
Acolyte's Relics Trinkets:
• Changed '-100% dmg vs Cosmic' to '-100% dmg vs Mirage'
