I added content from the vanilla version:

- the Russia update (24 cities)

- the small Portugal update (4 new cities and a better pic for Lisboa)

I couldn't find the following russian cities on the map: Tula, Kasimov and Hajitarkhan. So if you know the province ID or the province name, then you could help me for adding those 3 cities from vanilla as well.

New cities for the MEIOU and Taxes versions with the 2.0 update:
- Dublin
- Nice
- Marseille
- Ragusa
- Verona
- Palermo
- Rhodos
- Trebizond
- Cairo
- Tunis
- Alexandria
- better pics for some cities like London or Gibraltar

the rest of the vanilla pics will I add as soon as I have time to do so :)
