I just tried. It told me to log on to steam...so I did, and I got the message where it sends a code to your e-mail, so I waited a bit and checked my e-mail, completely empty. Check spam folder: also empty. I then tried again, same results. Either steam isn't sending the e-mail correctly or AOL is being a sack of crap again.

I have v2 and the 2 servers I tried to join are using v2. When I first got on the first server with this map it worked fine, but since then I continue to get the same message. The map works just fine in single player, it just doesn't want anything to do with me in multiplayer.

The server you are trying to join must be running an older version or you are using and older version yourself. If you really deleted the map from the maps or the addons folder and still have the same result it's not you it's the server.
