Why is rigging impossible? I've tried using the auto rigger and I can't use it because there are three shoulder bones.

Is a RIG script possible? I don't make RIGs, I don't know how.

Is there anyway that these models can be rigged? Iv'e tried using auto rigger, universal rigger, toe control rigger and ik constraints. Using the first three options listed does nothing at all to rig it. The IK rig constraints works somewhat but the main issue is the legs not wanting to work.

can i use this for npcs and playermodels? I will credit you in bold, and I know how to port raw models, but I cannot find the raw models, only sfm variants.
