Texture paths will be different in SPS stuff but the fact he says it breaks RHS and 3CB again suggests he might be modifying base classes which then cause compatibility issues with other mods.
They used to modify game base classes which is a massive no-no for compatibility with just about anything as everything else in the game will inherit from this and if it's not as expected, things just won't work as they should. Not sure if they still do this but that would be one of the first things that could be worth trying.
You could try repairing the mod to see if anything has become corrupted - just right click on it in the A3 launcher and repair should be an option.
One thing I would note is that there are various other illegal rips of this mod and sections of it floating about which have corrupted parts of SPS when run simultaneously.
So I would strongly recommend only run mods made with authentic and legal content.
There's about 1000 hours in those new HK416s and to make them fully vanilla proof is not a moment's work. Nor is it sensible to put nearly 3000 new weapon variations in the arsenal...

Putting 2700+ options into the vanilla arsenal may or may not work but it will certainly annoy everyone!
So there's currently no plan to put them into the 1.x mods as I think it will just create a lot of issues for the current subscribers
I think everything starts with SPS_
I think the issue is CBA / Joint Rails is allowing additional bipods to be fitted.
This is something that's popped up relatively recently.
It will get fixed when I get time...
I added 2 more sound of bipod in config
Bipod upsound and bipod downsound from M320 in original game, and i changed deployed sound and fold sound. Then it works. If you think this sound is resonable, please update it in next patch.
And for the additional bipod attachment issue, i added a blank class underslot under the class weaponinfoslot. You use dmr02 for a templete but it covers your underslot config. I think this is a config bug. Please fix it in next patch if possible.

No - that's common behaviour of all ARMA3 weapons.
I can't remember where I got to with them or why I stopped.
It was probably because each pack is quite large and the list of options in the arsenal (if you use all of them) gets a bit silly.
I might look into where I got to with that 3rd pack but no promises...
I've not checked that many other mods other than RHS for how their magazines fit with SPS weapons. As I said, the SPS HK416s are dimensionally very accurate - and, in fact, exact when it comes to the mag well dimension.
The image you posted does look extremely like RHS 0.4.8. I've taken pretty much exactly the screen shot you posted when discussing the mag width issue with various developers...
So to me, it looks like that mod uses the old, 0.4.8 RHS magazine model file and textures.
It may be that mod you are using has permission to do so (assuming I'm correct about it being old RHS's model etc.) but I'd just ask everyone to be careful when it comes to which mods you use and support. Ripping/using stolen content is steadily pushing the mod makers who do make original content away from the community.
This was what I was referring to in earlier post by saying that I wasn't going to release the mag proxies until RHS had released 0.4.9 where they fixed their mag widths and positions.
It seems quite common for mags and weapons in mod packs to be wider than reality. As much SPS mods as possible are made from drawings and dimensions of real parts so this can then cause issues with other mods if their components are not correct/real life sizes.
