@MegaPatriot: Yes, there are plans for high-tech industry, but it will probably be after I get more assets for the 3/4 housing, retail, offices, and some more plop-able buildings created.

As for the look of it, expect things to look like it came from a World's Fair from the 50s or 60s, but it got mixed in with hexagons, solar panels, and lots of yellow.
