The handling is very good, and the interior quality is amazing yet the sound is very annoying since it only holds a single high pitched brumble note and does not upshift nore downshift and it makes it quite boring to drive

You press C outside of the car. Right click on the car. You should be able to see a parts thingy. Find hood and choose open

@CrushingSkirmish Man, don't bother. There ain't one. Only some off-brand approximations from a couple of german racing games. "Alarm Fur Cobra", apparently translates to "Crashtime" or something

You know what car needs to be ported yet no game has it? A facelifted 2005 Audi A8L W12. I've checked, no game has it.
