there could be a lot of different things causing this mod to not work:
1. it could be another mod that replaces the same sound effects, making these ones not work.
2. the mod won't work until you restart your gmod after downloading it.
3. steam and gmod have a lot of bugs and issues with workshop stuff, so if you still don't hear these sound effects, i'm not sure what the problem could be. either your steam is messing up or your gmod is. you can try validating the game files of gmod, or reinstalling it. don't reinstall steam though, that's too much effort for a single addon.
plus+ you could look in your addons 👍
Weird. Apologies, I wouldn't know what the cause is. I just know one time I installed this total conversion mod called Temporal Assassin a while ago, and after reinstalling Garry's Mod as cleanly as I could, some files from that mod were still somehow replacing assets in the game.
I've no idea, sounds like a really strange bug. Weird that it replaces the intense sounds in particular and not the others. Ever modify your Garry's Mod externally? Like manually installing mods or total conversion mods?
love it
