I love this scenario and have been playing it since the A2 version. Lately I'm having a problem where I get to the extract after using the computer and the evac doesn't show up. Seems to be the same thing with RHS and vanilla. Anyone know why?

@foul, i ended up getting the computer to work on a local server by myself. However when I or my brother hosted one via internet server it did not work.

Chiefchoke-ahoe. In Steam right click Arma3 go into properties, then the betas tab, change from beta participation to none

someone mentioned turning off profiling as a fix for the terminal being unhackable. how do you go about this as im having the same issue

NOFG's post below fixed it for me. Even if you don't want to run a dedicated server, just choosing the updated missions to play fixed the problem for me.

There is a bug that when resurrected it thinks that you are dead. I don't know how to fix it for the host, but I know how to fix it for clients (re-login). I think many people have this bug and I want to know the solution/problem why it is happening.

Fixed it, solved like this.Start the mission by pressing Escape, look for add-on settings.Next server add-on co10 Escape.Once again, change the grass and cloud settings and check the overwrite mission box.Restart the mission and everything works correctly

This only applies to weather grass clouds and map markers

Hello all, I'm having the same issue of being stuck in the ground on a revive. Only happens when we die and it looks like our body spits into two and then rejoins. Can anyone point me to a step by step guide on how to use the launcher tool to host a dedicated server AND play on the same pc?

@Tool Whoever is hosting the mission puts the mission pbos they want to play in the MPMissions folder inside their main Arma 3 folder. Though, a few people have said that they still get the bug when they're locally hosting.

We are also having the stuck in ground issue. We host this locally, not dedicated. I found the updated files, downloaded & unpacked them, but where do you put them so they will load into the game? I tried putting them in the /workshop/@co10escape/addons folder but it was a no go.

Yeah no worries, some people have been reporting that they're getting the revive bug on localhost with the latest builds, so it might pop up again. The only thing you can really do after that if it does, is run a dedicated server instance along side their client on whoever has got the best PC in your group. (But that's a bit of a pain in the butt) Good luck!

We test the lasted version > 3 missions more than 20 revives with 3 players locahost > and no problem.

This happens to everyone after a few relives and it makes the mission completely unplayable.

To test I started a vanilla mission as a host, my friend killed me 3 or 4 times and the revive started to stop working. I remain stuck on the ground, I can turn but not move forward, if I press the button to take a side step the camera leaves niport or (visible at the end of the video)

this mission is great, 4 to 8 of us have been playing it for many years (+5 years maybe 10) with my team several times a week. we have the same revive problem, i think since the last arma release (march 2024).
The mission is now unplayable, I will try to redownload it liké you said. we do not have a dedicated server. It's not always the same person who hosts and until March it worked very well.
It would be great to repair the mission and it would be great to port it to reforger now that the AIs know how to drive to prepare for the arrival of Arma 4.
I am a veteran of OFP/Arma and for me, it is by far the best mission for team play, no hassle, we launch each time it is a real different adventure each time which requires a great cooperation...
We are going to redownload the mission to see if that fixes the problem but I doubt it because there are several of us hosting and everyone has the problem.

I have not experienced this revive bug at all, try what I suggested below, unsub from the mission then resub to replace the files or go to the official website and download & install the latest dev version. @Smocaine I have played this mission for about 7 years solo, No you cannot revive yourself, take an AI medic with you if you need that.

has anyone ever figured out a way to play this solo with self revives? I've been trying to find one for years now

@Chillipepper Not happening here. If it's a dedicated server try replacing the mission files or if hosted locally by one person, do the same if it is happening to everyone.

Has anyone started experiencing being stuck after being revived...you can spin, but you cant stand, or view your map or shoot... it happens to everyone in our escape... the only way are able to fix it is aborting and trying to spawn near our bodies

@sup_arman22 Maybe because you haven't set the mission parameters for closer evac point.

@captain P. star Im having such a hard time loading the dedicated server with this, client joining seems to crash the server saying ti could not open the .pbo? cannot figure it out, have you had anyone else with this issue come to you?

why is this mod so fckin hard? Com center spawned in other side of the map. After hacking, Evac point gets spawned in other side of the map.
