To everyone wondering why the addon doesn't work, the addon might not be working at all anymore since the steampipe update in 2018! Thanks to everyone who supported and enjoyed the addon since 2012.

It's the Rubber Duck gib, right? Apparently, all we have to do is use Model Manipulator to apply that prop as the playermodel.

I think it got stuck in the steampipe update. i'll try to fix it somehow but i don't know if its gonna work.
