after the setting a trap, and after it has been set off, how long will it stay in the world? and after the trap is used(set off) can you recover it?

it appears the orginal mod (albeit an older version of it -- that i know for fact works from my own pervious useage) is still avaiilble on the nexus in version 1.5 format for any of you still looking to use this mod but are having steam conflicts with it. tho im uncertian how to help anyone else here as far is this version is concerned. my only guess is perhaps the user forgot to include the other file that the nexus verion says is nessisart in order to run it properly - or steam's just messing up. Hard to say really.

for some reason I'm getting a steam error about subscribed data and it's auto-unsubscribing me from the mod even though in the steam workshop it says I'm subscribed?

I found out why some of the traps go off and dont do damage. try only setting them out individually otherwise trying to set multiple ones out at once can result in them being turned upside down or buried. Just pick a tactical area and take your time setting the traps then assault the enemy and let them come to you.

Very nice mod. But you should try to fix the spawning point for the oil or gas bombs that currently always set off as soon as you drop then or maybe you can make them inactive when they exist for the very first second.

Well, you can actually get the bear traps(ankle traps) vanilla, you just need to spawn it through the console by entering: help "bear trap", and entering the code that comes up.

It's about DANG TIME someone besides me thought about this! I've always wanted to be able to set traps in the Elder Scrolls (aside from the Runes, of course).

I'm about to take this for a spin. Wish me luck. :)

only tried this a little so far but it's fantastic and adds a lot of fun with some of the others i was useing to make it more realistic (mostly the oil and bear traps i use but so far they are all good)

This mod is best used with the Trowing weapons Death from afar mod as you can toss Frag Grenades as either a opening or follow up attack to augment the traps!

the only issue i have with this mod is that the traps need to be manually triggered if there was a "trip wire" way to have a enemy set off most of the traps i would be head over heels for this mod

Hey all. I haven't been working on this mod, unfortunately. Working a full time job I only get a limited amount of time, and having a girlfriend most of that spare time is devoted to her, hah. I might see about getting an update on here in a few weeks though, slowly getting back into the skyrim modding scene. Keep your eyes open.

The ankle traps should slow them down due to dragging a trap attached to the foot and/or be staked solidly in position where they can attack but just not move,also being able to add poisons to the ankle trap and caltrops would help also
