Where did you download it? Normally in the ZIP archive there is a CSS Content folder (or a similar name), this is the one to put in the addons folder

I have CSS, but I was unware that I need to manually put it into my addon folder. This might sound silly but what part of CSS do I put in there?

Lots of maps require contents, such as CSS content (Counter Strike Source content). These contents are downloadable on the internet and you have to put them in your "addons" folder
