It's just a prop for posing purposes, so you can't fly it, but thankfully someone made a flyable one here,

Nimbus did not come with Smugglers Run, it came in the Further Adventures in Finance and Felony update according to wikipedia. Also I got lucky with the Mimbus because even old planes like the Velum and Shamal has problems too.
