No Cleared Cell Respawn and Slow other Respawn

If it got mark "Cleared cell" its loot will respawn after 3000 ingame days. Without mark - after 30 days.

so does that mean if i clear out the bandits in fort greymoor the loot is gone for good after i grab it?

its not gonna come back in the chests?

i like the idea of clearing out an area or dungeon for "good". Since i am going for a immersive feel this play through, it made senses. AFter all, if we were to go into an old cave full of monsters and start slaying, i am pretty sure they would disappear, at least for a while.

The bigest crap mod ever ( cleared cells should be at leats 10 days )
Respawn of the monsters should be 1 one day !!!!

in this case 3000 days is equals never :-)
But if you will spend 3000 game days in game you probably will be glad to respawn something :-D

Good work, I found the respawning cells rather silly and unrealistic, and they often introduced bugs in the process.
