@austin.lawler19 no promises on timeframe, but they are on the list

Great model. Any chance on making a grey stone? I relly like those, like you see on the west and south sides.

Hm. I always wanted to visit Chicago.

Would love to see more of these!

Honker, youre a goddamned hero making these and the other Chicago assets.

This is so rad. I live in Chicago as well and if I ever find myself with some freetiime I may dust off my basic 3dsmax skills and bolster this Chicago low residential genre. Nice work, enjoy all your assets.

I'm so happy to see this! Do you plan on making classic chicago 2, 3 and 4 flats?

Well obviously I can show you some examples, but I mean...if you're not down with it, then I would just be wasting my time, but I will share it anyway just in-case you consider it :P

Here's what I hoped to see in the work shop, or something similar to these kinds of bungalow styled houses

@eggplantemoji Hmm... would you mind showing me an example?
honker  [author] 10 Sep, 2017 @ 3:40pm
@Macweslhman So it does! I wish I knew more about the history behind it. But it seems that Bryn Mawr was imported from some developers in early Philadelphia
BillyShabindigo 10 Sep, 2017 @ 3:03pm
YES!
SogDexFogDucker 10 Sep, 2017 @ 5:07am
could u make small california houses?
Macwelshman 9 Sep, 2017 @ 1:24pm
Interesting. It translates roughly as 'Large Hill'.
Oak Street Local 9 Sep, 2017 @ 10:30am
Very nice! Thanks!
honker  [author] 9 Sep, 2017 @ 9:43am
@Macwelshman I'm not sure. I picked this after a historical district in the north side (also the name of a street that spans the city)
Macwelshman 9 Sep, 2017 @ 7:59am
Is it common for Chicago houses to have Welsh names?
honker  [author] 8 Sep, 2017 @ 3:49pm
@Blujitsu Lol, np! Glad you like it. I will see about releasing some more variations :)
Blujitsu 8 Sep, 2017 @ 2:43pm
Oh my god YES. I've been waiting for houses like this for a literal year. Thank you so much, I hope you make more.
Соединенные Штат 8 Sep, 2017 @ 1:12pm
