I love the hunter sounds, it makes hunters feel mechanical, similar to their lore.

With this addon installed, whenever I fly a helicopter the sound seems to only be audible on one side and is not surround sound. It’s not my headphones because whenever I do something else, they were perfectly. Why are the sounds doing this?

So for some reason, when I download this mod i hear new footsteps for my character even though it’s just the npc sound one. They game seems to be detecting that I still have the addon for the player itself still installed. Why is doing this?

@NEIKEION A slight problem. The fast zombie's far away alert sounds - "fz_alert_far" - sound like there close. and thus in areas like ravenholm it sounds out of place. requesting that it gets edited to sound more "far away"

I think the Hunter Chopper's shooting loop sound isn't a loop. You don't notice when it's firing normally but if you use something like a Wiremod sound player it doesn't loop, and if you use a drivable Hunter Chopper mod like Airwatch you can see that the sound cuts out after holding down fire for like a second or two.
This is really cool though!

An update has just been released fixing this problem.
There are 4 different sounds for the zombie on fire, yet only 1 was replaced, so only sometimes the replaced sound was being played.
Quite a dumb problem!

from what it seemed like on my end is that the zombies have more than ONE sound when burning. i burned a few and some made the custom sound while most just sounded like HL2 zombies.

I am sure they were functioning correctly one time I tested them, yet the last time they didn't. I have to check if its a problem with the mod, or if it its a problem with the engine, as I've encountered that some altered sounds seem to stop playing when there are too many sound replacements at the same time, although this is just an hypothesis, its worth considering.
Let me confirm what is wrong to make a change.

Indeed a video is on the works, and the sounds are modified samples from different recordings, games and some are even completely made from scratch!

is a video on the works? i want to know what things will sound like BEFORE installing. also are they sounds made from scratch or are they taken from various games?
