I can't seem to get this working in a multiplayer setting, only the host loads in.

here to say, after using this mutation for month, it is the most torture you can get out of any mutation. Do not subscribe if you want to keep your sanity, dignity, and life. It has taken me and a friend as a duo, almost 3 months of occasional sessions to finish the l4d1 campaigns in order. If you're a masochist and like to be tortured, enjoy. Best mutation ever (good luck on dead air terminal)

How do you load Versus Spite in console

I'm not sure if The Last Stand update had something to do with this, but it seems that the Tanks will spawn as they normally do, however they will not get aggro'd towards the players unless the players establish a direct line of sight with them. To my knowledge, the Tanks would immediately move towards the players after spawning, before the update of course, but they don't seem to do that when the players are in a saferoom.

It does, but it isn't god mode, it just makes it a little bit harder for him.

Is that true that this mutiation treats a player named "Khomchik" in a special way? Is that sort of "god mode" or what?

You should be able to browse mutations and select Spite, then start a local server lobby.

How do I get it to work (ik dumb question)

@janku so when you play with friends you play on local?

I know sometimes when I try to play locally with someone it doesn't allow me too. I just figure it's because the server is too far away from the other player. With that being said, I was just speculating. I can't tell you for sure what the issue is. I can only provide solutions and unfortunately I don't have anything else to give you. Hope you're able to play with each other eventually. I know playing mutations alone with the AI can just suck the fun out of the game.

@Daroot so basically either of us start it up, and we join the lobby, and whatever server choice we choose and start we just sit in lobby as it searches forever, and if we do local the host get in the game but the other just sits in a loading screen where nothing happens

Does it not allow the other player to connect?

locally just either allows only me to play or just my friend by himself

i have tried to use all options including local and it just continues to search endlessly
