Love this collection, and have used it for ages. But after having used Unrestricted Customization for so long, and just now looking at removing it, I'm startled to see that Ana's voice is not available to Reapers. Is there any hope of this being changed? Despite their lack of healing-related perks, Ana makes a *fantastic* Reaper.

This mod has a Widowmaker voice, though it's not listed in the description

No Junkrat for Grenadier?
Drew_Berrymore 1 Mar, 2021 @ 11:19am
I love you. You are doing the Lord's work.
Savar Belmont 14 Sep, 2020 @ 10:19am
@13Crusader13 CapRum mentioned this on the second page, he thought their voices didn't fit with XCOM and elected not to do them. I'm sure there is a mod for Tracer's Voice but D.VA i'm not so sure.
Fedaygin 25 Mar, 2020 @ 8:46am
Bleh cause gotta use single voicepacks for each OW char when adventuring in Vanilla & LW2 content. Then disable all of em & enable this when diving into Wotc. Wish this would work also with Vanilla content including LW2. @CapRum: Well said about D.Va down below.
Fedaygin 24 Mar, 2020 @ 7:05am
Hey @Caprum / others who have subbed to this ? So how does this appear ? Appears normally just like any single voicepack as in to voices list when selecting to char ? I was thinking of removing few OW Char Voices that i have subbed to & then sub to this beauty.

Are you interested in updating this mod with Sigma's lines?
kazuya0010 20 Jun, 2019 @ 7:43am
Thanks very much
Sparky 17 Jun, 2019 @ 9:43am
@CapRum
Fair enough. And I can see your point. :)
Deadput 16 Jun, 2019 @ 4:37pm
To be fair, in Xcom 2 your not playing as a military but rather a rag tag team of Resistance Members.
CapRum  [author] 16 Jun, 2019 @ 4:06pm
@Sparky
I just don't see her and D.Va as soldiers, the voices are too childish IMHO.
Sparky 16 Jun, 2019 @ 6:49am
Hi. Great mod. Out for curiositiy - how come there is no Tracer? I use another mode for her and Widowmaker so its no issue, but am just curious why you didnt do them. Personal reasons? :D
Blaze 8 Jun, 2019 @ 8:26am
WISH GRANTED

@CapRum
Forget I said anything :steamfacepalm:
CapRum  [author] 21 Jan, 2019 @ 1:28am
@marianomario
So, basically, you are saying that you have only male voices? Are you sure you are not trying to assign female voice to a male soldier?
marianomario 20 Jan, 2019 @ 11:00pm
Hey man the voices are great! But for some reason I only got doomfist, genji, hanzo, mccree, reaper, reinhardt, roadhog, soldier, torb and zen, there are others missing. Does anybody had an issue like that?
Slayer0fKings 14 Dec, 2018 @ 7:41am
No Bastion?
CapRum  [author] 14 Dec, 2018 @ 3:30am
@Hanako, the Ironic Pyro
You are welcome.

To everyone who still uses this mod- I'd suggest you revise soldier class assignments I mentioned in the description, because I completely recreated all voices and some of them may now be better used on some other classes.
Hanako, the Ironic Pyro 14 Dec, 2018 @ 3:20am
Wowow thanks for the update!!

Also cap... loved your zarya and mei packs in vanilla and wanted to thank you, plus wih doomfist i can unleash the power of the nigeria prince... advemt just won millions... all they need to do to collect is send their social security card straight to xcom along with any bank account information and proof of identity.
Kaldin 21 Sep, 2017 @ 8:07pm
@CapRum: I agree too, that only you - as the mod author - are the only one that has the right to choose wether to release VPs individually or as a pack. Either way I respect the decision. Also, if someone doesn't want all, they just have to bite the sour apple and then manually remove the ones they don't want from the .ini and by deleting the corresponding files, as I had to do with the imho mostly bad(for the characters they're for at least) english voices from the Neptunia-Voicepacks by Mid-Boss. :iffy:
Arkhangel 21 Sep, 2017 @ 7:10pm
@Cap: honestly, for me, if i find i picked up all the voice mods and someone does a pack of them, i will swap to that one, true. but in some cases you really do only want certain vps as well.

Dirty Bomb just so happens to be pretty much made of awesome voice acting wise. compare that to, say, if you had D.va in this pack, who would completely NOT fit the game. most other OW characters are semi-serious at least some of the time, and a few others that aren't are because they're ptsd batshit insane. D.va doesn't have that exscuse.
Killer Rabbit 21 Sep, 2017 @ 7:04pm
@CapRum, I wasn't directing that response towards you. You're right, as the mod author, it's completely your choice. Grouping them by game (source) is probably the ideal choice for the reasons you stated. I have 75+ voice packs downloaded and for the most part, I typically downloaded all of them for the games / original source I liked and also ignored groups of related ones because I didn't like the game / original source they were from.

Thank you for the time and effort you put into putting these together. Already subscribed!
CapRum  [author] 21 Sep, 2017 @ 6:51pm
I moved the voices to a single pack because it's easier to maintain them in one place.
I agree that sometimes people want to have only some particular voices from the pack and not all of them, but as I noticed, if the voices are from the same game (like Overwatch or Dirty Bomb), most people tend to subscribe to all of them anyway.
As to whether to upload a single voice or a pack containing several voices, I believe it is a decision which only a mod author has a right to make, no matter the reason and nobody can blame him or her for that.

@WilliamGreywind
I had to solve some problems with WoTC SDK but size bloating wasn't one of them. Can you be more specific?
Killer Rabbit 21 Sep, 2017 @ 6:16pm
What the hell? I prefer it when voice packs are released individually as there might be ones I'm not interested in and I really appreciate the option of not having to download them alongside the ones I do want. I don't understand how someone can label that as "scumbag tactics". That aside, it's not like these people are getting paid by us to do this. They could easily have kept these mods to themselves. I don't understand why people feel the need to be total douchebags to modders.
Kaldin 21 Sep, 2017 @ 5:20pm
@Skyomyke: Well...don't really have much to add to what Arkhangel and Soul D. Dragneel said, since they said it all already, but yeah, how the fuck do you come to that kind of braindead conclusion? Oh, wait, I guess I already spoiled the answer with the question. :Frieza:
Seriously tho, most modders make stuff they feel like, not for popularity or "presence"...that's the thing only idiots would think. It's not like they get anything from it...sure, some might "getoff" off the popularity or buzz, but that's rare. And even then they usually start making mods because they felt like making them and thought it'd be cool to share them or just thought "why not share them, when I made them already?". :iffy:
Arkhangel 21 Sep, 2017 @ 4:29pm
@Sykomyke: also... you know... maybe some people just want specific voice packs and not others?

in fact, packaging stuff in that someone might not want is honestly seen as more of a "Scumbag tactic" than releasing solo mods. least the voicepacks here are good quality and covering vocal nationalities we didn't have.

if you think modders do mods for popularity, you're a complete fucking moron. CRAPPY modders do it for popularity (you know who you are.)

Good and great ones do it because they feel they can make stuff that's cool to share with the community.

should be noted... the guys who actually end up with popular mods tend to be the ones, you know, NOT doing it for popularity's sake.
Savar Belmont 21 Sep, 2017 @ 3:25pm
@Sykomyke... the hell is wrong with you? Ever consider that they are released when they are done? Not simply to make the presence bigger? Most modders just want to put their work out there. If you dont like how they do it maybe pull your head from your colon and donit yourself. The only scumbag here is you
