Grab "Remove Missing Mods"
Fair enough. And I can see your point. :)
I just don't see her and D.Va as soldiers, the voices are too childish IMHO.
Forget I said anything
So, basically, you are saying that you have only male voices? Are you sure you are not trying to assign female voice to a male soldier?
You are welcome.
To everyone who still uses this mod- I'd suggest you revise soldier class assignments I mentioned in the description, because I completely recreated all voices and some of them may now be better used on some other classes.
Dirty Bomb just so happens to be pretty much made of awesome voice acting wise. compare that to, say, if you had D.va in this pack, who would completely NOT fit the game. most other OW characters are semi-serious at least some of the time, and a few others that aren't are because they're ptsd batshit insane. D.va doesn't have that exscuse.
Thank you for the time and effort you put into putting these together. Already subscribed!
I agree that sometimes people want to have only some particular voices from the pack and not all of them, but as I noticed, if the voices are from the same game (like Overwatch or Dirty Bomb), most people tend to subscribe to all of them anyway.
As to whether to upload a single voice or a pack containing several voices, I believe it is a decision which only a mod author has a right to make, no matter the reason and nobody can blame him or her for that.
@WilliamGreywind
I had to solve some problems with WoTC SDK but size bloating wasn't one of them. Can you be more specific?
Seriously tho, most modders make stuff they feel like, not for popularity or "presence"...that's the thing only idiots would think. It's not like they get anything from it...sure, some might "getoff" off the popularity or buzz, but that's rare. And even then they usually start making mods because they felt like making them and thought it'd be cool to share them or just thought "why not share them, when I made them already?".
in fact, packaging stuff in that someone might not want is honestly seen as more of a "Scumbag tactic" than releasing solo mods. least the voicepacks here are good quality and covering vocal nationalities we didn't have.
if you think modders do mods for popularity, you're a complete fucking moron. CRAPPY modders do it for popularity (you know who you are.)
Good and great ones do it because they feel they can make stuff that's cool to share with the community.
should be noted... the guys who actually end up with popular mods tend to be the ones, you know, NOT doing it for popularity's sake.
