At the seizure comment, why? Do the colours move fast or flash? I maintain a mod pack for my server, and I don't want our epileptic user(s) to have issues if I throw this in. It doesn't look problematic to me, but there's just the one picture.

@JWallmen That outline is on literally everything and the technique is usually called cell shading. It may be possible to disable that... I'm not sure whether modifying the game's shaders is an option though, and, if it is, what would be necessary to achieve the desired effect.
