Sad that there are no more sears in the U.S but here in México we still have sears, they get good sales here

@evildavecanada possibly should have, but no problem. Even if the banner was placed on the asset itself, you can always remove props using the asset editor. I even think you can remove the "Sears" markings where the letters used to be in the asset editor.

My apologies.
I watched the video where it shows the open version having the letters are added and the closed version already has the areas where the letters used to be BUT the banners & the plywood on the doors are shown being added in the video.
I only looked at the two pix beside the video & the thumbnail on the top right side.
Sorry to bother you with a question I should have been able to answer myself.

With Sears now completely bankrupt in Canada (our bankruptcy laws are different than the US). Would it be hard to create a version of this but just remove the banner. This would then work for any remaining abandoned stores that have not been filled with a new client. The Biggest Sears store in my town has the markings of where the letters used to be but of course the banners are long since gone

Sears survive bankruptcy. As of March 23, 2019, they have 202 stores left (not including Kmart)

I love this. Would love to see a few more abandoned businesses. Zellers comes to mind. A Canadian retailer that got bought out by Target Canada... Who then also flopped after about 2 years. 2 Bil in losses, or something stupid like that. The retail apocalypse is real.

Quite realistic. Like several other players, the nearby Sears closed two weeks ago.

@manel.sanchez.ruiz @kyhickma we actually still have 2 left here in Memphis. The only reason I made a closed version was because I was going to get endless comments about it
