I tried unsuscribe the mod -> cut and paste the files from workshop to game override folder. The icon of the character changed to a Zabrak one, but ingame, it's this weird zombie white zabrak head.

The root of the problem? No :(
Before the Steam version we put all mods in the override folder, your Steam version also has one (a subfolder of where the game is stored). The workshop mods are meant to function parallel next to that. But, you can try to copy workshop mod files to that main override folder. Downside: no more hitting the sub/unsub button.

Good job for tis great mod, but it stopped working when i downloaded KSE. Do you have an idea of the root of the problem ? I tried to follow and unfollow your mod but didn't change a thing

Probably the 4th Asian head. But that's probably not your problem, it should clearly appear in the character creation screen. Maybe a mod conflict?

Ah, great. I do like that one, I've used it for many years, I don't like the zombie look.

Ahh, this is embarrassing. Turns out I did have a mod conflict, I had a mod installed that eliminates DS corruption to your appearance. I wasn't thinking about it because I'm playing LS this time. But that mod clearly "resets" the texture to the "original" one, which is obviously a problem. I uninstalled it and it fixed the problem.

That's odd, the model works, the texture doesn't. They're both in the mod's folder, not sure what's going on there.
You could try moving this workshop's mod files to the main override folder (this is the pre steam way of adding mods), then unsubsribe from this mod (because you should never have the same files in more than one location).

This mod's override folder is something like:
[drive]:\[Steamfolder]\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\208580\1159144835\override

Main override folder is something like:
[drive]:\[Steamfolder]\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II\override

Hi there! I've been having an interesting problem. I'm playing the game on 2 different computers, using cloud saves, and I have the same mods on both. (subscribed to mods here on Steam, nothing else.)

Whenever I switch computers, the portrait and texture of my character switches back to the asian dude, but the model doesn't change, so it's just a really messed up looking horned guy.

If I delete the mod, and resubscribe, it fixes it, until I switch computers again. It isn't specific to one computer, it happens whenever I switch either way. I don't know if I have any mods that would make a conflict, but I don't have anything that changes the character appearance except an armor mod.

Any ideas?

This mod does not change the body, it's the normal player character body. Since you mention "muscle structure" I assume it's not an issue with the head.

A texture can look messed up if it gets applied to the wrong 3D model. I'm guessing some other mods are clashing, feel free to list your mods and/or provide more info.

Really only a mod that includes the PMHA05 model and textures.
This mod replaces that 3D head model with Bao Dur's 3D head model and includes textures to fit that new model.
If you're running the game in legacy mode then no workshop mods will work. If you don't know what legacy mode is then you're not using it.

No, sorry. I put quite a bit of time in the tattoo and Savage Opress is only a bit more yellow than the neutral state of version A of this mod.
I'm willing to make a version C though, because a few more people requested something similar.

deadlystream.com is still quite active. Steam mods have limitations, you can use all the old and new mods from outside Steam with your Steam version. Some require a different install procedure for the Steam version though.
