1.6 when?
gh0stashes 17 Aug, 2024 @ 11:33am
The in-wall coolers and vents compatibility doesn't really seem to work, they don't blend in or match with the walls at all.

@Morale-10
Thank you :}

@DiESF1RST
I think so :)
DiESF1RST 28 Jan, 2023 @ 8:38am
are stone vents fireproof?
mielga 2 Nov, 2022 @ 1:30pm
@Wemd, got the "Uuugggg [author] 3 hours ago
Well my cooler extends the normal game cooler so a mod just needs to edit the cooler to work that way" in Replace Stuff thread
(coolers and vents, they both are over-wall there)
Starting to get a feeling it's too much work :)
Sand Dog  [author] 2 Nov, 2022 @ 4:28am
@mielga
I don't know about that mod honestly. I think you should ask the original author
mielga 28 Oct, 2022 @ 4:17am
Any chance for doing same with over-wall vents from Replace stuff mod?
Sand Dog  [author] 28 Oct, 2022 @ 2:59am

Updated to 1.3!
Sand Dog  [author] 13 Dec, 2020 @ 11:42am
@Tirith Amar
No things added, it's just a little patch for the Vanilla vents.
It depends on the material, wooden ones burn, stone ones don't, etc.
Tirith Amar 13 Dec, 2020 @ 8:46am
Are these added vents burnable?
✪Kurosendo 5 Nov, 2020 @ 6:34am
can you make longer vents(2 block long vent) ? it would be usefull.
Sand Dog  [author] 17 Aug, 2020 @ 1:13pm
@gil_everson
Sure! I update my mods from the most to the least popular when have time and mood for that!
Camaleão 16 Aug, 2020 @ 7:20am
Any chance to update to 1.2?
Sand Dog  [author] 28 Feb, 2020 @ 2:28pm
The mod was updated to 1.1 version and should work correct with both 1.0 and 1.1 versions now!
Sand Dog  [author] 18 Oct, 2019 @ 2:15am
@lilwhitemouse
x3

I think it's possible to install to a saved game.
Yes, remove all vanilla vents first. And also make a copy of your saved game to use it if something go wrong
lilwhitemouse 18 Oct, 2019 @ 1:58am
Oh.... Ah, hmm.... You've got a really good point there.

Not save compatible you say? Ah well. What if I removed all vanilla vents first? What's the worst that could happen.
Sand Dog  [author] 18 Oct, 2019 @ 1:18am
@lilwhitemouse
Yeah, because I think that a building which literally is a wall with a hole shouldn't cost 6 times more than a normal wall
lilwhitemouse 17 Oct, 2019 @ 5:57pm
So it lowers the total amount of needed stuff by 10?
Sand Dog  [author] 20 Jun, 2019 @ 1:27pm
@ Ninja Kitten
Oh, nice! Glad to hear that!
Done! :)
Eclipse 19 Jun, 2019 @ 1:13pm
I've just tested it with your mod loaded after
Works perfect! Everything is ok and looks just awesome together.

Please note In-wall coolers and vents compatibility in mod description
Sand Dog  [author] 19 Jun, 2019 @ 12:09pm
@Ninja Kitten
Hm... That mod probably overrides the Vanilla vents hard, so there can be errors.
So make a back-up of your saved game and try :D

I only can say that my mod should be after that one in the mod que
Sand Dog  [author] 19 Jun, 2019 @ 11:07am
@Ninja Kitten
Could I get the link to the mod, please?
Eclipse 19 Jun, 2019 @ 8:33am
Is it ok with in-wall vents mod?
Sand Dog  [author] 15 Jun, 2019 @ 2:36am
@craze
Lol. I thought nobody noticed that problem xD
You're welcome :)
craze 14 Jun, 2019 @ 2:08pm

@korbu
Hi!
I wouldn't make this mode on my own, because in my personal opinion it's pretty weird.

But it's still possible! I can help you with that if you want.
Message me on Telegram: @Wemd13. I'll answer later when I can
korbu 16 Dec, 2018 @ 1:14pm
Hi. I have seen that you have made mods that changes the color of power armors, and this one that makes you able to change the material used to make vents.

I know you probably get lots of request but, would you be interested in making a mod that enabled you to make power armor and helmets out of different materials like this mod do with vents(with corresponding effects to armor values etc.)? Or maybe give me a hint as to where I can find out how to do I myself?
Sand Dog  [author] 28 Oct, 2018 @ 2:32am
The mod was updated to 1.0 version.

The mod will be updated to 0.19 version as soon as possible!
Sand Dog  [author] 9 Jan, 2018 @ 5:29am
@Harem King
Yeah, the it's better to not install over an existed game.
Thank you for feedback and testing!

If you wanna keep your map add the mod on it, you could remove existed Vanilla vents before the mod instalation
Mediterranean Barbarian 9 Jan, 2018 @ 12:56am
This mod is compatible with vanilla vents but it makes them not deconstructable when loaded from a saved game. Pawns will move to them to attempt deconstruction but it just makes them freeze up. The old vents without material definitions are found damaged when the game is loaded.
Jarema 29 Dec, 2017 @ 12:55am
At last! Super mod, thank you.
Sand Dog  [author] 24 Dec, 2017 @ 2:22pm
@sergiocut
No, I can't fix it.
There's no my fault.

I just tested it on a new map without any other mods and everything worked fine: building, deconstruction, copy blueprint.
Debug Log is also empty and doesn't show any problems or mistakes.
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/a8c1a0kdo3xl7ac/AAAM6-I9S_f1LwEYtzVIXBMNa?dl=0

So I see only 2 possible reasons why it doesn't work correct:
1. You installed it over an existed game.
2. You have some mod(s) installed which conflict with my one.

There might be a problem I don't see, don't know about and never met before, but the mod works fine with a new map and the Vanilla game, so rather not.
OigresTuc 24 Dec, 2017 @ 2:01pm
I disable mod and savegame worked for now. I hope you can fix it.
Sand Dog  [author] 24 Dec, 2017 @ 1:55pm
@sergiocut
Oh... I'll try to test it on a new game tomorrow.
Maybe I made a mistake updating the mod to B18.

But as I wrote before, the mod is not recommended to be installed on an existing map and can cause mistakes
OigresTuc 24 Dec, 2017 @ 1:04pm
I can´t uninstall the vents. The pawn stay deconstructing forever. Also the "copy buildprint" doesnt work. I use saved game. I dont try it in new game.
Sand Dog  [author] 23 Dec, 2017 @ 9:24am
The mod was updated to B18 version!
A17 version is available here
Sand Dog  [author] 23 Dec, 2017 @ 9:17am
