Neurotec aviation use all of the models for there planes here. Neurotec also includes tanks, boats, helicopters, etc etc.

What's with the massive amount of missing textures?
They all have "17 skins" yet most of them are missing.
I read that not all of them have extra skins.
So, why is that even there?
