For those who care, I'm fixing the addon. I've already fixed the error, but there are still quite a few problems left, such as various sounds not being played. Once I fix those, I'm going to reupload the addon.

it works fine for me. Although it says script errors happens when i drive. the scrip error is about smoke particles from the tracks not appearing while moving, no big deal.
