This is a model. It says so. There is an npc for trex somewhere, simply use that, use the model manipulator, and copy paste this skin to that and presto, an npc

I suppose you could move his mouth open and closed with the phys gun. Hah. I never really tested it. Won't hurt to subscribe and see for yourself.
