Leave the Merge Blocks turned off and only dock with the connectors. I think that should solve the problem.

Same thing happens with Picket Light Corvette and Onset MPEC.

And I found out, why. It happens, when the merge blocks connect.

I have a problem with the airlock: everytime I dock the Agitator Frigatte to the airlock it converts itself into a part of the station o.O
