Although it was certainly inspired by this mod, the mechanism is completely different.
Need more testing though.
If the Landmarks mod requires the Unlocker then it won't work with this. If it's save friendly then I guess you could try to start the game with this mod on. Then after saving disable it and enable the Unlocker and force load the save file. It will probably crash or not work at all but it's the only thing I can think of that you could try.
Many other mods I use require it.
But if you're playing as Vlad why do you need to have the unlocker enabled? Just disable it for that particular campaign.
The startpos.esf can only be edited by PFM not RPFM as far as I know. I've tried it.

That's impossible with this method I'm afraid.
I'll look into it though I fear it wood majorly mess up the trade lanes for some of the factions. After all the Oak of Ages is a holy site for the MLG 360 no scope elves but I don't recall there being a capital built there.
Totally forgot that it was a settlement in the game. I'll get on it soon-ish.
I haven't used the unlocker for a long time so I don't know. As for a submod someone is free to make one but I won't.
Thank you so much for the quick update. Would it be possible to add Pahuax as capital for Oxyotl´s faction? I think it makes sense because its faction name is Ghosts of Pahuax. Thanks !
That happens due to the mod using the old startpos file. I have updated it now so it should work. Otherwise you have to unsubscribe from the mod, delete the capital_fix.pack from your Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER II\data folder and resubscribe to download the updated version.
