My issue with this mod is that it clips through Bow Kid's hair and the disable option for this mod in the mod menu doesn't work so I can't disable it when I'm playing on my Bow Kid save.

Actually, so I've done more testing, and the bug is all but guaranteed to have nothing to do with you (the part where it's loaded when it shouldn't be -- the inability to disable it might be something you can fix) I know this because I still use this hat but it's not the one being loaded in. Now it's the No Hat mod and a dye I grabbed -- pretty sure the last one I downloaded.

For some reason this mod no longer has the auto-equip issue and is no longer giving me problems even though this mod hasn't been updated. I'll let you know if that bug happens again.

More details: if you disable the hat then unsub and resub, the hat will start properly disabeled. If yuu enable it though it won't be able to be disabled.

Actually. that last bug isn't unique to yours. The one where I can't get rid of it is only on a few mods (this one, the Raz hat, the Keaton mask, and sometimes the King Boo hat), but the one where the wrong hat loads just grabs the final hat in the wheel. Not a problem on your end then, most likely.

And another bug -- using this with the link hat causes this hat to sometimes override that one. The descriptoin for the link hat is this one, and when you drop into the level you'll have this hat on but the location in the hat wheel will be the link hat's location.

This is one of those hats that never goes away even if you disable it. I love it, but I'm pretty sure I'll end up unsubscribing at one point just to give my hat wheel some space.

Just to let you know in advance, the hat now auto-equips whenever you start a level even when you don't have it on. You might want to fix this after the devs turn back on the mod editor.

Have you considered making this a flair for the Sprint Hat? That way, it'd be one less hat that you'd need to scroll through when you're switching them outside the pause menu.
