I actually really like the fact that bloodthirst can kill you. It feels more balanced that way.

wow this mod is surprisingly great, and very unknown, just edited it a bit myself, added taunt and a dark whirlwind to the tank and reduced the cooldown about 90 rounds, wtf 99 rounds cd is way too much xD
