Report a translation problem
First off, the game is built on Source, and therefore modders can't run scripts that aren't related to the game. Source, if you didn't know, was built by the same people who made the software you're looking at right now.
If you've ever uploaded something to the workshop, you would know that uploading a video is not mandatory, but actually very optional. In some games, most people don't even load custom pictures for their content.
Finally, if our hacker managed to bypass Source defaults and run links, that content can only be presented withing the game itself. Also, any "virus" content with 300+ subscribers would be reported faster than you can write your next complaint.
