I think that tag is for tweaks that add new recipies for existing and mods that add new blocks. Dunno why those are lumped together, but pretty much every mod with an item would be labelled "crafting and building" if it was for everything that had a recipie.

i am a more advanced player, but i love playing around with all mods! I had to lose hundreds when 1.3 rolled round and shoved all npcs on my worlds to instantly die, or be stuck in an INFINITE DEATH LOOP! annoying for me

@Rider of Tang , I really WISHED I knew how to make such thing, but I'm a big beginner in moding and coding!
I wanted the chickens to explode into other chickens that explode into other chickens... But it didn't work out... xD
