Yes (that’s what I just said), but the point of using props like these is to make it so players who don’t want to use building anarchy don’t have to in order to solve the water glitching. Like I said, there is a trade off. You can avoid building anarchy but have to deal with the LOD because they are props.

Actually, buildings can handle water just fine. All that needs to be done is to use Building Anarchy to change the placement mode and voila! As a matter of fact, the large rocks provided by the game are buildings.

@AngryDragon The difference is the original ones are classified as buildings so the LOD works completely differently. The downside to buildings though is the issue with the water, so the originals can’t be placed in the water without using building anarchy. It’s just the trade off of using a prop asset.

My understanding is that the LOD toggler mod turns on the LOD for everything right? I don't think that even the most powerful GPU could handle that outside of a situation where you are mostly standing still to take screenshots or rendering a scene at very low FPS. No, the onus is on you. I do have the original version of theses and they don't crap out like yours do.

@AngryDragon The best way to deal with the LOD for screenshots is to use the LOD Toggler mod. With that mod you can turn LODs on or off, though keep in mind that if you turn them off your fps will suffer.

The LOD is a real issue with those rocks. They look great, but the LOD is just a bunch of square cubes. It's as ugly as it gets. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to unsub theses.

Fun Eye that may just be the editor mode.

Love these rocks, but for some reason they disappear in-game when placed in the map editor.
Trying to detail some rivers, and only the LOD model show up. When zooming out or looking at them at an oblique angle they disappear. Only really close up and in an overhead view do they appear. Any thoughts why this is?
