Haha, that is because he is too large and the animation breaks... This was my very first mod and I had no idea what I was doing at the time.

in my game the desert mutant doesnt have a moving animation. He just slides everywhere

Nope, this was one of my very early mods. I have thought about just outright removing it several times it is really basic. xD I think before when you got a new companion you could just change their race. Or maybe I had a mod installed. Either way when I made this I remember just being able to turn any recruit to whatever you wanted when you were customizing them. So that is why this mod is this way.

Small issue, seems that when using any of the races weapons don't appear on person.

@Spec: it's not too hard really. Just get the mod out of your workshop folder, paste it in the mods directory of the game, rename it with the name given in one of the folders without _ and you can pretty much star modding it in the forgotten kit. Seriously kenshi is probably one of the more easier games to mod if you know where stuff is loacted. It can even tell you exactly what a certain mod has changed to the original files! Can't say the same of the elder scrolls game.

Anyway we could get a cyborg super soldier type? 20 - 30% Enhanced combat speed, athletics, strength, perception, and dexterity with higher caps? Nanobot enhanced limbs with 250 health that heal like all the other organics in the game? OP yes, but since you have the creater race, i dont think such things bother you too much. I would edit these things myself on this mod but I have no idea how to.

@Vampireteddygram hi i'm triyng to create a character mod, and i want to know how you make your "The Creator" have 200% bonus in some stats, the max i got is 20%.... and i don't find nothing in inthernet explaing this..... PS: sorry for my bad english

Heh, Dessert Mutants, being made entirely of Key Lime Pie, became a warrior race to defend themselves as the other races find them simply delicious

@Kelsley You cannot currently. This is a mod I made when I was just learning how to make mods. My efforts are currently on my ONI mod. And an unreleased mod. I am porting Jack of Blades from Fable into Kenshi.

@DoomSoldier Haha, nothing bad will happen. They have the capability of being a lot stronger than other races in the game. They are more of a "fun" class to just mess around with. I didn't want people to make an entire party out of them and then complain that I was making the game too easy... :steammocking:

Yes that would work and when i say spikes id want them to look more like studs which would give bonus armor for all variations, a tail that helped swim speed, claws for bonus hand to hand, weather resistant hide, sneak skills for two of them and the other two would be prince and alpha.(alpha is greater in combat but less intelegence based while prince is more like an upcoming leader who excells at mostly everything slightly while still retaining base bonuses-farming and knowledge and such- ) I would kinda like the first two to be a dark green to blueish and red to yellow(maybe have a dot like venom/poison) and the prince to be white to goldish and alpha to be black to purple msg me if you want me to give some like lore or something the name i thought of is repteil. Lastly id want them to kinda be like the more human like sentient deathclaws of kenshi.

Here is a update on the Cyborg race. I went back and forth on the design for the arms and finally landed on this style. I know it isn't much, but there was a lot of trial and error. @Son of the Dark So that would require a custom mesh to have the spikes. I am going to learn blender and start adding my own custom content to the game, but I have not begun that process yet. However I could just alter the shek model and make them reptilian... would that work for you?

@Scarecrow That is something I will for sure do! Currently I am working on a cyborg race that has 100% custom textures so it is taking awhile. If you don't mind the textures being kinda slapped on I could throw them together pretty quickly. And the problem with giving them a custom start like that to my knowledge there isn't a way to make people play as a certain race so even if I put them in the mountains they could choose anyone. Kinda making it pointless. I might be wrong, but so far that is what it seems like. I do plan on doing some custom starts though.

you should add five obscenly powerful characters to represent the gods of the four winds and their leader. Aeolus king of the four winds his name means earth destroyer, then Boreas the North wind, Eurus the east wind, Notus the South, and Zephyrus the west. they could all live in temples up on mountains

Some people are having issues with this mod crashing Kenshi. As of right now I am unsure of what is causing this. Just make sure you have your dependencies checked when loading the mod.

Donc, j'ai repassé le jeux en version normale et en anglais. j'ai restauré les fichiers et désinstallé tous les autres mods, et... crash!

Any way to make a skeleton based group called the Forge-Borne? An advanced race of sentient skels with high science potential, but they tend to be overthinkers so their production rates are slightly negative. Strength, Engineering, Science, Repair, Armorsmith and Weaponsmith potentials are high, while everything else is negative, or not (They are Myths and Legends).
