exactly I've been seeing that

they just freeze in mid death animation. no t-pose anymore. somewhat works. animation needs to play out longer then a ragdoll needs to be spawned.

and before you click the link its just a gib mod it removes ragdolls and makes gibbable corpses

Immediatley after death the NPC goes into a T-Pose instead of the normal ragdoll. No console errors, doesn't matter how they die.
